between 2011 , 2013, imran khan , nawaz sharif began engage each other in bitter feud. rivalry between 2 leaders grew in late 2011 when imran khan addressed largest crowd @ minar-e-pakistan in lahore. 2 began blame each other many political reasons.


from 26 april 2013, in run elections, both pml-n , pakistan tehreek-e-insaf (pti) started criticise each other never before. in run elections, imran khan challenged sharif live television debate. sharif rebuffed offer. however, during confrontations, khan accused of attacking sharif , result, election commission of pakistan gave notice khan because political candidates should refrain personal attacks on others. khan denied launching personal attacks on sharif. on 18 august 2014, khan announced party renounce seats won in 2013 elections, claiming elections rigged, claim had made before. accused sharif of plundering national wealth, , demanded resignation. called on public withhold taxes , payment of utility bills force government resign. on 22 august 2014 khan , fellow 33 pti lawmakers resigned national assembly. called caretaker government formed composing non-political people, , fresh elections.
