the film begins previous film ended. ragini s mms tape has gone viral – along rumours of house s haunted nature, mms filmed. catches attention of sleazy director, rocks (parvin dabas) decides make movie on haunting. signs ex-porn star, sunny leone (sunny leone) lead actress , decides shoot movie in same house mms recorded.


sunny, takes instant liking script, seeks permission meet real ragini (kainaz motivala), (who in mental asylum), better in-depth of character wants portray. meeting goes horribly wrong when ragini stabs herself brutally in neck.


later, cast , crew arrive @ haunted house shoot , strange things begin happen, sunny. elsewhere, dr. meera dutta (divya dutta), psychiatrist specialises in cases science has no answers, takes ragini s case. after going through old news paper clipping , video tapes of ragini, finds truth regarding haunting.


she finds out ghost haunting house, in life married woman 2 daughters , son. more attached son, because had conceived him after difficulty , praying. 1 day, boy , 2 sisters playing hide , seek when boy slipped , drowned. drove mother insane , caused embark on desperate quest resurrect him dead. baba claimed perform black magic arrived , convinced way bring son sacrifice both of daughters. insane mother agreed , baba chopped off daughters heads. put sword in hands, told close eyes, , chant. while did stole of money , ran. when villagers arrived, assumed mother practising witch craft , punished hanging tree, stoning her, , burning alive. woman survived, dropped tree, , after cursing them all, killed herself stabbing herself in neck rattle-toy son used play with.


dr. dutta rushes shooting location inform cast , crew abandon shooting , leave house immediately. late ghost has possessed sunny , started killing film s cast , crew either luring them having sex or killing them catching them off guard. scriptwriter satya (saahil prem) , actress monali (sandhya mridul) left alive.


as dr. dutta, monali , satya attempt drive ghost out of sunny, monali gets killed. afterwards, when satya accidentally steps on rattle toy woman committed suicide prior becoming ghost, causes sunny temporary pain, , thereby forces ghost temporarily leave sunny. dr. dutta realises toy s importance , urges satya destroy it. ghost destroyed along rattle. , sunny, satya , dr. dutta leave house, having exorcised ghost , solving mystery behind haunting. @ end of movie rocking chair shown rocking , forth , child s voice heard, signifying there still ghost in house.
