the college first established in 1959 business department in sciences division. in 1962, business department became part of applied arts division. in 1970, became part of school of business , social sciences. finally, in 1976 became college of business. in 1987, school became aacsb accredited master s program. building school housed in opened in 1992. in 2001, college named after paul orfalea, founder of kinko s, in recognition of $15 million gift school.
