in 2000, temahome created through leadership of new major shareholder, british 3i group plc. point on, ownership of company composed 4 different stockholders, british 3i (41.50%), spanish mch (25.25%), portuguese escapital (25.25%) , management team (8%).

later in 2006, new ownership structure defined management buy-in headed new management team , ownership divided follows: management team (30%), lead capital management fund (60%) , individual investor, miguel calado (10%).

by end of 2007, company employed on 170 workers in staff, distribute between lisbon headquarters , 16.500 sq meters production plant in city of tomar.

today, temahome produces line of contemporary furniture , decorative accents combining modern lines , designs portuguese designers such likes of filipe alarcão.
