ORS-4 SPARK (rocket)

the first launch of spark, named ors-4, took place on november 3, 2015 , carrying hiakasat (formerly called hawaiisat-1) , several secondary payloads, including edison demonstration of smallsat networks. mission supposed test rocket @ full payload capacity. however, telemetry showed rocket tumbling after liftoff, , u.s. air force released statement, saying experimental super strypi launch vehicle failed in mid-flight shortly after liftoff .
