the outside made of heavy exterior blocks of building etched in rough finish, accented austere gothic trim , details. front façade sits on west 25th street , faces south. measures around 65 feet (20 m) in width 100 feet (30 m) in height. façade supported 4 stone buttresses, framed delicate stone turrets @ sides, , punctuated large rose window above entrance.


prior fire took place may 1, 2016, church known have had 1 of largest timber hammerbeam roofs in city of new york.
