Swimming China at the 2016 Summer Olympics

chinese swimmers have far achieved qualifying standards in following events (up maximum of 2 swimmers in each event @ olympic qualifying time (oqt), , potentially 1 @ olympic selection time (ost)): assure selection olympic team, swimmers must finish in top 2 of each individual pool events under olympic qualifying cut @ chinese national championships & olympic trials (april 3 10) in foshan , summer championships (june 6 9) in ganzhou.


a total of 45 swimmers (19 men , 26 women) officially named chinese roster @ end of qualifying period on july 3, 2016, featuring double olympic gold medalists sun yang , ye shiwen, , freestyle sprinter , 2015 worlds champion ning zetao.
